The RV’s interior is styled with modern furnishings, a fireplace, flatscreen TV, hardwood-style laminate flooring, and expansive windows providing an experience so luxurious, you will forget you’re in a fifth wheel! The 2018 Grand Design has five slide outs and an open floor plan that provides plenty of space to spread out. A full kitchen with stove, oven, sink, microwave, and fridge makes meal prep a breeze, or you can grill outside and dine alfresco while lounging on the deck. Sit back and enjoy a movie night in the living area where two pull-out leather sofas convert to extra sleeping quarters. The bedroom features a queen-size bed & closet space, and the luxurious full bathroom with walk-in shower and plenty of hot water is ideal for rinsing off after a day on the lake.
Just one mile from Lake Fork & three miles to the public boat ramp, you have easy access to some of the best fishing in the entire state where bass, crappie, catfish, panfish, and sunfish swim in abundance. 60% of the heaviest largemouth bass ever caught in Texas have been pulled from the 27,000 acres of water at Lake Fork, including the largest bass ever caught in the state, a whopping 18.18 lb. largemouth! Or cast your line in the on-site catch-and-release pond stocked with bass, crappie, and perch.
And if fishing isn’t quite your thing, this quiet property is just 5-minutes south of Yantis and 10 minutes from Emory where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. There are also several excellent antique shops in the towns surrounding the lake where you can find everything from old farm implements to thrifty, vintage clothes. For younger visitors, the county park with a kid-friendly fishing pier is just three miles away, and families always love visiting Alford Family Farms and Spinnery and their blueberry U-Pick. Mature guests will also find plenty to enjoy at one of the wineries located throughout the area.
